            • We will process your personal data as a client for the duration of the contractual relationship and then in accordance with assigned legal obligations. SCEENA K d.o.o. (in the case of financial and accounting documents, the legally stipulated retention period is 10 years from the date of the financial year in which they were compiled). <\/li>\n

                In accordance with the GDPR article, SCEENA K d.o.o., as the data controller, reserves the right to request proof of your identity when exercising any of these rights.                 We are obliged to respond to all requests for exercising these rights within one (1) month. This period may be extended to two (2) months for complex applications or a very large volume of information.<\/p>\n
